As Supervisor Governance, Risk & Controlling (GRC) you will work in an international and dynamic environment. The Supervisor GRC will report to the Group controller and will manage a team of several finance professionals.Within Aramco Overseas Company (AOC) you will be the sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders like Division Management and CEO, CFO, other Finance teams (Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, Finance Operations) internal and external auditors and other consultants.
In this position you will be responsible for internal control (including ICFR and SOX), governance, budget control, policies & procedures and managing and developing the team. You will take the lead in the day-to-day activities, solving issues, implementing procedures and controls and process improvements.
Within this high exposure position, you will be challenged to extend your knowledge and skills, build a company-wide international network and have opportunities to develop yourself. Ideally you have a Bachelor/Master degree in Business Economics, preferably combined with a Post Master education (RA, CPA OR ACCA) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in an international corporate finance environment.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the Governance Risk & Controls (GRC) team including performance management processes with direct reports and proactively support the development needs of the team;
- Plan and schedule the work to maintain a timely and orderly flow of activities;
- Review detailed procedures and policies and revising office manuals and management guides;
- Perform Business Control activities regarding budget control and liaise with AOC Divisions;
- Assist with coordination of and provide support to internal audits and ensure adequate and timely follow-up;
- Review AOC’s business plan, budgets and forecast as well as business cases;
- Draft Board presentations in the area of GRC.
Functie eisen
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Economics or related field, combined with a Post Master education (RA, CPA OR ACCA);
- At least 10 years of experience in a relevant international corporate finance environment in positions with progressively more responsibilities, including supervisory accountabilities;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally;
- Strong stakeholder focus and quality orientation;
- Natural ability to work in an international and multicultural environment;
- Demonstrated networking and people development skills;
- Continuous improvement mindset.

- Base salary between €110.000 - €135.000;
