Group Reporting Controller

Functie omschrijving

As a Group Reporting Controller, you are part of the Corporate Finance Control team of Nutreco and report directly to the Head of Finance Control. You will be responsible for ensuring adequate reporting of financial information to facilitate management and provide insight into the financial position for the parent company, SHV.
 
Your success is evident when all the local controllers, business units, and corporate functions turn to you for assistance and guidance with all complex technical accounting-related and financial reporting questions and projects.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Periodic consolidation of the group in OneStream;
• Providing insights into the company's performance with periodic and ad-hoc management reporting;
• Analysis of periodic figures in the consolidation system (OneStream and SAP) and local system (M3);
• Manage and deliver annual statutory reports (Dutch GAAP/IFRS) and year-end reporting to SHV;
• Involvement in the hard-close and year-end audit process;
• Analyzing new developments in relevant reporting laws and regulations (i.e., IFRS/Dutch GAAP). Offering internal advice on the impact of new regulations and ensuring this is applied in the financial administration and financial statements;
• Accounting for and monitoring of acquisitions and divestments in the corporate systems and assisting local controllers with the process;
• Contributing to the implementation of the new CSRD directive and integrated reporting.

Functie eisen

• Registration as an RA/CPA/ACCA/CA;
• Excellent communication skills in English; capability to flawlessly write accounting position papers in English;
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (Audit or Reporting);
• Proven track record in project management.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salary: €80.000 – €90.000 (incl. holiday allowance);
• Global bonus 12%;
• 40 hours per week;
