Functie omschrijving Group FP&A Analyst
As Accell, part of the private equity firm KKR since 2022, navigates significant changes such as transitioning to a matrix organizational structure, the Group FP&A Controller role will be crucial. This position plays a vital role in supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis functions by centralizing and optimizing FP&A processes, while collaborating closely with various departments and key stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities:
- Group Financial Performance: Prepare and analyze group financial performance reports, providing comprehensive and accurate insights to support strategic decision-making;
- Monthly Closing Analysis: Aggregate and scrutinize monthly closing data, challenging relevant stakeholders to improve financial accuracy and transparency;
- Forecasting Coordination: Oversee and manage the forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and facilitating effective communication across teams;
- Process Improvement: Structure and enhance existing workflows to increase the efficiency and accuracy of FP&A processes;
- Optimization of FP&A Initiatives: Drive optimization of group-wide FP&A initiatives by implementing best practices and fostering continuous improvement in financial planning activities.
Functie eisen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A with a focus on budgeting and forecasting, or a background in Business Control or Consultancy (e.g., M&A);
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling experience; proficient in Excel and Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive process improvements in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
