Functie omschrijving Global Financial Controller

As a Global Financial Controller, you will work in a team of 3 Controller and advise the management team with usefull insights. With your analytical skills and sharp eye, you can quickly spot areas for efficiency and identify improvements needed in our business model. You will be responsible for global consolidation and optimizing financial processes.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will manage a team of 3 FTE based in Amsterdam and Groningen;
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations for the Group;
• Engage in detailed discussions on monthly figures with the CEO and County Managers;
• Ensure proper control over all accounting matters and support the team;
• Foster close collaboration with finance and operation teams across other regions;
• Proactively identify and implement efficiencies in accounting and reporting;
• Standardize financial processes and provide support for operations in new countries.

Functie eisen

• A University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in finance;
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow management;
• A strong communicator and a valuable sparring partner;
• Entrepreneurial-minded—you don’t just think of solutions but also implement them at both strategic and tactical levels;
• Highly responsible and proactive;
• Pro active, selfstarter and comfortable navigating digital tools;

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salary: €90.000 - €107.500 (incl. holidays allowance) depending on your skills and experience;
• Company ESOP package;
