We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager. Enreach is backed by private equity firm Waterland and which has grown rapidly in recent years through its buy-and-build strategy. We are looking for a talented Finance professional with a strategic view and mind-set and at least 4 years of experience across Business Strategy, M&A and Finance. The Corporate Development Manager will play a key role in the growth journey of Enreach and its vision to become the European leader.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Being part of the core team managing all M&A and Strategic projects on an end-to-end basis, working closely with the executive team and shareholders;
- Taking ownership and ensuring accountability for operating and transaction models, working closely with business partners and finance teams;
- Providing support to our international teams in developing and executing their growth strategies;
- Understanding internal trends and insights about our users, products and markets to help shape our future strategic choices;
- Conducting in-depth market research and sophisticated product and channel assessments to identify potential areas for strategic growth and investment;
- Contributing to the internal budgeting process, specifically with regards to alignment of growth opportunities and other group strategic planning.
Functie eisen
- Master degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting & Control;
- At least 4 years of experience across Big 4 in Audit, M&A or CFO Consultancy;
- Strong background in strategic thinking and development is essential;
- Self-starter and highly motivated to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must;
- TMT sector and/or private equity experience welcomed;
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Dutch language skills viewed favorably;
- Exceptional academic record and analytical skills, including solid understanding of corporate finance and key accounting principles.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salary: €85.000 - €95.000 (including 8% holiday allowance);
- 25 vacation days per annum;
