As the company undergoes significant changes, including a shift to a matrix organization, this role will be pivotal in supporting financial transformation and cost management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various departments and Group Leadership stakeholders to drive budgeting and forecasting processes. In this role, you will be part of the Global FP&A team, managing the operational expenses (OPEX) of corporate entities while contributing to system enhancements that improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the FP&A cycle for OPEX: Focus on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization;
• Analyze Group OPEX: Assess operational expenses (around €300 million) and provide recommendations for cost control;
• Collaborate with budget owners: Monitor and address budget vs. actual variances;
• Perform FTE tracking and personnel cost analysis: Optimize workforce expenditures through detailed tracking and analysis;
• Improve existing workflows: Enhance efficiency, accuracy of financial processes and embedding tightened structure in these processes;
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses: Contribute to cost optimization projects and provide financial insights as needed.

Functie eisen

You have strong analytical skills, the ability to quickly structure and analyze financial data, and the capacity to simplify complex processes, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Additionally, you bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Extensive experience in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills;
• Experience with PowerBI, consolidation tools, or other BI systems is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing matrix organization.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salary: €85.000 - €95.000 (incl. holiday allowance);
• Vacation days: 28
